About ACH Group

The role

You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our finance systems. You will maintain data integrity across all accounting platforms, including our Financial Management System, Power BI and Workday Adaptive. Your insights will help drive strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a full-time role based in Mile End.

What you’ll do
  • Manage and maintain finance systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support month-end processes and financial reporting.
  • Provide insights and analysis through financial data.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimise system performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance across all financial platforms.
About you
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting or Commerce
  • Experience across end-to-end accounting and reporting functions and processes
  • Experience with financial systems and data integrity
  • Advanced computer software skills including Excel (macros) and ERP systems
  • Strong skills with Financial Management Systems, Power BI and Microsoft Office
  • Strong commercial acumen and a collaborative team approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical accounting experience with understanding of advanced accounting and reporting functions
  • Experience identifying, analysing, implementing and communicating improvements in financial processes and systems
  • Desire to drive continuous improvement in business processes
You will need
  • Police Check (less than 12 months old at commencement) for working in aged care
