Location: Islington, London-based with regular travel across our restaurant estate
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 + 20% bonus + perks

We’re now looking for a Labour Controller to join our Finance team – someone who can balance cost control with care for our people, helping our restaurants run efficiently while never losing sight of the guest experience.
As Labour Controller, you’ll ensure the principles of effective labour scheduling are understood and applied across all restaurants. Working closely with Operations and Finance, you’ll analyse data, challenge assumptions, and drive smarter scheduling decisions that optimise service and cost.
You’ll be hands‑on in identifying risks, coaching teams, and ensuring every rota supports both sales performance and team wellbeing.
