A leading finance resource partner in the UK is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead / Systems Selection Consultant to lead the end-to-end system selection process for a new cloud ERP. This role requires extensive experience in finance systems transformation, stakeholder engagement, and RFP/RFI processes. The ideal candidate should be part or fully qualified in accounting and have a solid understanding of ERP implementations. Flexible working options available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Finance Systems Transformation lead.
• Proven experience in delivering multiple ERP Systems Selection processes.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate finance needs into technology requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own early-phase transformation work and lead systems selection process.
• Drive RFI/RFP development and vendor engagement.
• Facilitate workshops with Finance, IT, and operational teams.
