Finance and Stock Co‑ordinator – Join Our Team!

Location: West End | Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 | Hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (Fully office‑based)

What You Will Be Doing
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely stock deliveries.
  • Liaise with wholesale customers to schedule deliveries seamlessly.
  • Use Excel spreadsheets and the internal production system Zedonk to monitor stock levels and track deliveries effectively.
  • Raise essential shipping documents, including invoices, credit notes, and delivery notes.
  • Follow up with wholesale customers to ensure timely payments.
  • Keep customer profiles updated and record stock movements correctly using Zedonk.
  • Support the Finance team with various administrative tasks.
  • Oversee stock levels to maintain operational excellence across wholesale and e‑commerce channels.
  • Manage packaging orders for e‑commerce and retailer needs.
