Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical skills with confidence in interpreting cost data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and maintain financial controls.
  • Produce KPIs and performance analysis for manufacturing teams.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Oversee cash flow reporting and audit coordination.
  • Enhance reporting systems and streamline finance processes.
  • Provide financial support to production and commercial stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior finance colleagues.
