A financial services company in Milton Keynes is looking for a Finance Product Development Analyst to champion financial change. This role involves collaborating with IT and product teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial services background and excellent change management skills. SALARY: From £48,109 up to £60,137 pa dependent on experience
LOCATION: Milton Keynes
HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office; flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

We’re looking for a Finance Product Development Analyst to be the voice of Finance in driving change!
In this high impact role, you’ll play a key role in shaping cross‑functional change initiatives and ensuring Finance stays at the heart of every change. You’ll identify opportunities to improve processes, coordinate Finance involvement in major initiatives, and make sure everything meets financial controls and regulatory compliance standards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem‑solving, planning, and collaborating to deliver smooth, impactful change.
Bonus: Discretionary 10% on‑target bonus (based on personal and Group company performance)
Pension: Employer pension contribution of 9% (based on employee contribution of 3%). VWFS will pay 6% if employee chooses a 2% employee contribution.
