We’re looking for a Finance Product Development Analyst to be the voice of Finance in driving change!

In this high impact role, you’ll play a key role in shaping cross‑functional change initiatives and ensuring Finance stays at the heart of every change. • Collaborate and influence – work closely with IT, Product and business teams, acting as the voice of Finance to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Shape the future of Finance – assess the impact of new initiatives, advise on solutions, and ensure changes deliver real value.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency – analyse processes and data flows, identify improvements, and implement best practices that boost performance.
  • Own Finance’s role in technology upgrades – manage testing, system enhancements, and business transitions to deliver seamless change.
  • Champion automation and digitalisation – support RPA initiatives and help Finance embrace smarter ways of working.
  • Deliver measurable impact – identify, quantify and monitor benefits, report progress, and ensure every change adds value to the business.
  • Build knowledge and capability – document changes, processes, share insights, and help Finance teams stay informed and ready for change.
What you’ll bring:
  • Change management know‑how – proactive team member, able to lead and manage multiple change initiatives concurrently for the Finance Department. Experience with Prince2 or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
  • Financial services background – solid understanding of industry practices and regulations.
  • Finance systems expertise – knowledge of SAP and core Finance processes (month‑end, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, transaction processing, double‑entry/postings).
  • Process improvement leader – proven track record of implementing new processes, IT change, driving efficiency and delivering impactful change.
  • Analytical mindset – ability to use data and analytics to solve complex problems.
  • Process mapping skills – familiarity with tools and techniques (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to diagnose and improve workflows.
  • Tech‑savvy communicator – strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Objects to present complex topics simply.
  • Influential collaborator – confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and building strong relationships across Finance and the organisation.
  • Clear communicator – able to explain complex information and influence decisions up to senior leadership.
