What You Need to Succeed

We are looking for university students in their penultimate year, predicted to achieve a 2:1 or equivalent in Finance or a related field, who:

  • Are analytically minded and detail‑oriented, with strong numerical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Exhibit initiative and eagerness to learn, adapting quickly to new challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Possess a proactive approach to work, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Are proficient in Excel and have a keen interest in financial analysis.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
