Finance Operations Accountant

Salary

£28,000 per annum

Location

Colchester, Essex

Your Role
  • Managing key supplier accounts for the Group and compliance with Consensus governance.
  • Processing invoices / credit notes in a timely manner and reconciling supplier statements.
  • Maintaining EBIS Approval data flows and authorisation tables.
  • Allocating invoice and payment transactions in the purchase ledger.
  • Running purchase ledger reports as required, including aged creditor analysis.
  • Monitoring DB BACS reports for Direct Debit collection and BACS files.
  • Assisting in the production of the Group Cash Flow Reporting.
  • Reporting to the Financial Controller and Finance Director any concerns, issues or system weaknesses as they are identified.
  • Supporting the Payroll in the administration of the company payroll through the resolution of employee queries and requests via the Payroll Ticketing system.
