Overview

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our Finance team. This role requires a positive and flexible individual who enjoys variety and is willing to help cover tasks across the team to support the overall success of the department.

The Finance Officer role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of our transactional processes, with a particular focus on sales ledger (non‑fee income), reconciliations, banking, and support to the purchase ledger.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and reconcile the sales ledger (non‑fee income).
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage banking activities.
  • Support the purchase ledger by providing necessary financial information.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Term-time plus 4 weeks (38 weeks per annum): 36.25 hours per week (Hours negotiable for the suitable candidate)

Salary: From £30,367 to £33,564 per annum FTE. For working 38 weeks per annum plus holiday pay this equates to £25,642 up to £28,341 per annum
