KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Finance Officer for an excellent company based in Gateshead. Reporting into the Managing Director you will be an integral part of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts taking full ownership of the month-end process
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy across financial statements
• Calculate and post accruals and prepayments investigating anomalies and correcting discrepancies
• Build strong working relationships with department controllers to understand performance and provide financial insight
• Offer support and advice to others as required
• Provide information to support financial planning budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure accounting practises are carried out in accordance with current standards
• Assist on special projects as required as part of the Finance team and the wider business
