A local staffing agency is seeking a Finance & Administration Officer to coordinate payments and provide financial support within SEND services. This full-time role involves processing payments, handling finance queries, and supporting senior finance staff. Ideal candidates will have A-level qualifications, experience in finance, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly. Remote working is offered with a contract that lasts for 3 months, with the potential for an extension.

You will be responsible for coordinating and administering regular and ad hoc payments to external service providers using bespoke financial systems. The role involves close liaison with internal teams and service providers to ensure payments are accurate, efficient and completed within agreed timescales.
You will also provide administrative and financial support across key service areas, including SEND, CHAD and Direct Payments.
