This role involves owning monthly management accounts, leading reporting, and analysing performance metrics. Ideal candidates will have retail experience, be skilled in margin analysis, and have qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA with at least three years of post-qualification experience. A strong proficiency in Excel and NetSuite is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in finance management.
• Retail experience is essential.
• Confident in partnering with commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly management accounts and balance sheet control.
• Lead month-end close and reporting.
• Analyse margins, KPIs and performance to drive action.
