Overview

We are partnering with a well- established organisation seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee their financial operations and lead the Finance Team. This is an immediate start opportunity for a proactive finance professional with strong SAGE experience and a proven track record in management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations to support the Company Directors in strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the Finance Team, providing leadership, guidance, and development.
• Responsibility for credit control, commission/fee reconciliations, and accurate reporting.
• Manage client invoicing, month-end reconciliations, and supplier payments.
• Develop and maintain business processes, accounting policies, and internal controls.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Lead ad-hoc projects, drive process improvements, and ensure operational efficiency.

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
• Extensive experience with SAGE and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a collaborative approach.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
• A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented professional with a “can do” attitude.
