Job Description

• Coordinate and manage the team's monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.
• Oversee and support the daily operations of the accounting function, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Review and authorize routine accounting transactions and activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end close processes.
• Uphold robust internal controls in compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
• Lead the preparation of financial reports, statements, and audit documentation.
• Train, mentor, and assess the performance of accounting team members.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance workflow.
• Track departmental performance against established KPIs and strategic objectives.
• Develop and manage budgets and revenue forecasts.
• Define and maintain accounting policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A recognised qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or other).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with financial systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
