A leading provider in the Plumbing industry seeks a Finance Manager for their Northampton office. This pivotal role involves providing finance support to the sales team, conducting KPI analysis, and reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Director. The ideal candidate will hold an advanced degree in finance and possess strong leadership and analytical skills. Reporting directly to Commercial Finance Director, this is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to take ownership for the finance support and challenge to the Sales Board through provision of business insight and KPI analysis in order to drive an improvement in their performance. You will support the leadership teams to maximise opportunities and mitigate business risk. You will have regular exposure to board level stakeholders and have excellent visibility within the business.
