An outstanding independent prep school in Windsor is recruiting an enthusiastic, analytical and adaptable Finance Manager to join and lead their Finance Team. This is a full‑time and permanent position for a January or February 2026. A later start can be accommodated for the right person.

The Finance Manager is responsible for the overall financial management of the School. The successful candidate will work with the Governors and the Head on all financial matters throughout the School, including but not limited to: advising on financial policy, preparing and reporting on annual budgets, monitoring income and expenditure, being responsible for the overall financial risk management of the School, payroll, and submitting VAT returns.
The Finance Manager will line‑manage two Assistant Finance Managers, working together as a team on all financial matters. Due to the small size of the team, the Finance Manager will need to be involved in all aspects of the role, including but not limited to: invoice entry, bank reconciliation and daily receipt posting.
