Overview

RECfinancial are currently shortlisting exclusively for this well established business as it continues its growth plans, in the search for a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. You join the business as it continues to flourish and the role has a natural career path to FD.

This role is commutable from all areas of Leicestershire / Peterborough / Grantham / Corby / Kettering.

Role profile

This role may well suit an experienced Finance Manager or Financial Controller who is hands on and capable of working in a fast paced environment.

The main lead in this role will be to prepare financial information to the Board, producing monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including P&L, budgets, forecasts and trends. The role sits firmly within the heart of the business and will help with key strategies and future business planning along with commercial exposure.

You’ll also head up a small Finance team, leading on audit, working with the banks and ensuring best practice is followed at all times. Driving systems improvement and cost controls across the business and its key parts is essential so strong skills here are also essential. You'll be a hands on Manager with the ability to multitask as and when necessary.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will ideally be ACCA / ACA / or CIMA part / fully qualified. Our client may consider candidates who are not formally qualified but are able to demonstrate a solid background.
