The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role responsible for financial oversight, strategic planning, and ensuring financial compliance and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with the leadership team, helping to shape the business’s commercial strategy and supporting its long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of financial reporting, payroll, budgeting, and forecasting#
  • Deliver performance insights to support business planning and decision-making
  • Build, mentor, and manage a small finance team
  • Support the leadership team with financial updates and strategic recommendations
  • Oversee treasury, cashflow, and capital planning
  • Develop financial models to inform pricing and cost control
  • Enhance automation and implement financial systems and controls
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage relationships with auditors
  • Maintain risk management processes and internal controls

Your Background

  • Fully qualified accountant
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability (5+ years experience)
  • Experience within financial services or a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks
  • Skilled in financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning
