A growing finance firm based in Blackburn is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of the finance function including budgeting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in finance management, preferably in SMEs, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills to convey financial insights to non-finance stakeholders. This hybrid role offers a salary of £55,000.

Qualifications
