We’re exclusively working with a well-establishedsocial enterprise and charitable organisationbased in Bedfordshire to recruit aFinance Managerwho will lead financial operations and contribute to strategic development. This is a pivotal role in a values-led environment, offering the opportunity to shape financial processes and support a diverse, inclusive community.

  • Salary:£50,000–£55,000 (DOE)

  • Hours:Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:30

The Role

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead the finance function and oversee administration and IT support. You’ll manage two direct reports and play a key role in:

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Payroll and HR systems
  • Compliance with HMRC, VAT, Gift Aid, and other statutory requirements
  • Supporting strategic decision-making and operational improvements
  • Leading upcoming key projects

About You

We’re looking for astrong, empathetic leaderwith:

  • Proven experience in senior finance roles
  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Commercial awareness and inclusive leadership style
