We are looking for a Finance Lead to join the Operations team in Ashtead Parish. The successful candidate will be a finance all-rounder, confident in handling the full breadth of financial operations, from daily bookkeeping transactions and reconciliations to management reporting and charity financial analysis. The role requires organisation, detail, a flair for numbers and curiosity about systems and processes. The role includes managing two part time staff and working with clergy and volunteers supporting financial activities across two busy church sites.
