About The Company

Our client is a leading Amazon partner consultancy, operating in the Americas, UK and Europe. They have an outstanding reputation for success and quality in their niche and currently going through a rapid phase of growth. As such they now require a dedicated Finance Director to manage the financial reigns.

About The Role

An experienced Finance Director, starting initially on a fractional basis of 3-4 days a week, with a view to growing steadily into a full time role.

This is a critical and strategic role, working alongside the Executive Board, where the Finance Director will be responsible for financial operations and driving sustainable EBITDA growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Setting financial targets, forecasts, developing policies, strategic financial planning
• Budget management, financial operations and control, including cash flow, liquidity, etc
• Regulatory financial reporting and tax compliance
• Risk Management
• Internal auditing
• Reviewing and optimising financial systems
• Team leadership and stakeholder management and advisory

About You

You will be an experienced Financial Director, with experience ideally gained within a digital marketing, media, advertising or adtech background.

You will have:

• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles, preferably with a global remit
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• CPA, ACCA, or CFA certifications
• Start-ups and/or scale-ups experience of fast and high-growth EBITDA results
• A deep understanding of financial regulations, reporting and tax laws
• An expert in financial forecasting, risk management and strategic planning
• Strong team leadership and decision making skills
• A good knowledge of financial systems, tools and tech
