The Company

The Role

This is a newly created role where you will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day financial operations across the group. In a fast-paced and evolving environment, the Finance Director will lead financial reporting, statutory compliance, and consolidation processes, while driving improvements in cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. You will also support the wider senior leadership team with commercial analysis and financial insight to guide strategic decision-making and assess the financial viability of future investment and acquisition opportunities. This is a highly visible and impactful role suited to a finance leader looking to influence the long-term success of a private equity-backed business.

Responsibilities
