A leading housing association in the United Kingdom is seeking a Finance Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will manage various financial processes, including ledger maintenance and supplier queries. The ideal candidate will work under pressure and collaborate effectively within the Finance Operations Team. A salary of £27,874 per annum is offered, along with a generous benefits package including annual leave and pension contributions. This position allows for agile working arrangements.

We're looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the role of Finance Operations Coordinators in the Finance Operations Team.
The Finance Operations Team is responsible for high volume transaction processing, loading and paying purchase invoices, managing supplier queries and reconciling supplier statements, raising sales invoices and performing credit control activities, completing credit card reconciliations, day to day banking, cashbooks and bank reconciliations and rent accounting across all companies.
The Finance Operations Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate upkeep of the purchase and sales ledgers along with rent accounting and associated bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and to collaborate with other team members and the wider business in order to form part of an effective team. Experience of Open Housing, Open Accounts, Banking and eBis would be beneficial but is not essential.
