The Role

- Work hand-in-hand with our Heads of Operations to influence key decisions at pace and provide real-time commercial insight.
- Deliver clear, actionable analysis that drives operational improvements and boosts profitability.
- Create, refine, and manage reporting that supports confident decision‑making across multiple brands.
- Produce weekly P&Ls and performance reporting for senior leadership and the wider group.
- Support the Head of Commercial Finance with business cases for new openings and strategic initiatives.
- Lead financial analysis around menu development, brand profitability, and cost performance.
- Conduct margin, sales and operational deep dives to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Partner with the management accounts team to align on monthly reporting and performance outcomes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling to guide our operational strategy.
- Develop clear action plans to support cost‑saving programmes and operational changes across the estate.
- Provide commercial support to the Head of Franchise for UK and international growth.
About You
You're someone who is as comfortable on the restaurant floor as you are in a spreadsheet‑commercially sharp, hands‑on, and confident in influencing senior stakeholders.
You will bring
- Strong operational awareness, ideally gained in hospitality, retail, or multi‑site environments.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate financial insight into clear actions for operators.
- Confidence working with Directors and Heads of Operations to challenge, influence, and drive improvement.
- Exceptional organisation and time management, with the ability to balance quick‑turnaround tasks with longer‑term projects.
- High accuracy and attention to detail in reporting and analysis.
- A collaborative mindset, supporting colleagues and working cross‑functionally.
- Part Qualified Accountant status (or working towards it).
- Advanced Excel skills.
