Finance Business Partner (12 month Contract)

Location: South East / London (Hybrid)

Package: £Negotiable + Benefits

Travel: 25-50%

As a result of the continued growth and the wider business performance we're looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contact to support our operations in the South East / London region.

You will be responsible for providing financial support and insight to several of our businesses both inside and outside the M25.

Acting as a conduit between Group finance and the local businesses you will work closely with the MD's of a number of entities in the region.

The day to day
  • Assisting with the smooth integration and additional reporting within the Brown & Brown family
  • Working with MD's across Budgets, Insight, Reporting and Forecasting
  • Proactively assist with group driven projects
  • Assisting with the integration of regional acquisitions
  • Building strong working relationships with stakeholder (internal and external)
  • Working collaboratively with other teams (Audit, Compliance etc.)

About you
  • Ideally you'll be qualified CIMA/ACCA (Or Equivalent) with exposure to a Business Partnering role, ideally within an insurance or professional services environment.
  • Sarbanes Oxley exposure would be beneficial (but not essential)
  • A wider skill set that includes strong communication, influencing, analytical, numerical, stakeholder management and reporting skills coupled with exposure to a variety of IT systems.
  • Ideally located within commutable distances of the South East offices (Essex / Kent)
  • A full driving licence
