Job Description
  • Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes for business units.
  • Provide financial input into project-based work and strategic plans.
  • Support senior management in making sound business decisions based on financial analysis.
  • Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking to support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide insights on financial performance and forecasts to management.
  • Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure data integrity.
  • Drive process improvements in financial planning and business intelligence tools.
  • Ensure compliance with financial legal requirements.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
  • CIMA qualification is desirable.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of business operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior management and department teams.
