Job Description
- Collaborate with departmental heads to create and manage budgets effectively.
- Deliver comprehensive financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Monitor financial performance against forecasts and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Support the preparation of presentations for senior management and board meetings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.
- Act as a key liaison between finance and operational teams to ensure alignment.
The Successful Applicant
Finance Business Partner should have:
- A background in accounting, finance, or a related field, with relevant qualifications - ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis within the business services industry.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges.
