Job Description

  • Collaborate with departmental heads to create and manage budgets effectively.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and communicate key financial trends and their implications to stakeholders.
  • Monitor financial performance against forecasts and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Support the preparation of presentations for senior management and board meetings.

The Successful Applicant

Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A background in accounting, finance, or a related field, with relevant qualifications - ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis within the business services industry.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
