Qualifications

• Expert-level Excel user.
• Proven experience in financial modelling in commercial cleaning or facilities management.
• Strong understanding of resource modelling and margin analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for bids and business opportunities.
• Analyse staffing structures and service models for P&L implications.
• Support tender submissions and pricing exercises.

Skills

Excel expert (advanced formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, scenario modelling)

Financial and operational modelling experience

Understanding of operational cost drivers

Commercially minded

Confident communicator

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related

Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
