Finance & Admin Assistant – Temp to Perm

Sector: Experiential Agency

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 depending on experience

Location: Hertfordshire (East)

Hybrid: 3 days working in the office, 2 days from home

VisionFR is delighted to be seeking a Finance & Admin Assistant on behalf of our client a global experiential agency. You’ll be working closely with Head of Finance & Finance Director to provide day to day support.

Finance & Admin Assistant Key Responsibilities
  • Processing of supplier invoicing on QuickBooks and managing approvals
  • Weekly payment runs via BACS
  • Processing employee expenses, ensuring compliance with the company policy
  • Company credit card reconciliations
  • Handle Petty cash and daily allowances
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Pro-actively resolve any discrepancies – liaising with senior finance members and wider company
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks from time to time depending on the needs of the business
Finance & Admin Assistant Skills and Experience Required
  • Previous experience in Finance Administration / AP
  • Have excellent numerical skills and good knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Be enthusiastic and keen to learn
  • Have excellent organisation skills
  • Be consistent and accurate and have good attention to detail
  • Learn quickly, be adaptable and flexible
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to drive to the office
