Finance Assistant

Hours - 37.5 hours per week
Salary - £24,745.00 Per Annum
Location - Southampton

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join one of our top clients based in Eastleigh. This position would suit someone who is looking for their first step into an accounting position and an opportunity to gain knowledge and experience within a reputable company.

The Role
  • Managing accounts inbox, handling queries, and providing high-level service to stakeholders.
  • Processing financial transactions, including customer invoices/payments, supplier invoices/payments, and employee expenses.
  • Reconciling bank statements, ledger accounts, and supplier accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Supporting month-end processes and preparing financial reports to meet deadlines.
  • Prioritising workload effectively to deliver timely and accurate results.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Graduate or studying towards their AAT qualification
