What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the operations team with processes, supply chain management, and workflow optimisation
  • 60% supply chain/40% finance focused but supply chain is your top priority
  • Handling supplier purchase invoices, data entry and maintaining Excel tools for tracking orders and import and export paper work
  • Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of finance processes
  • Creating reports, tracking metrics, and using Excel tools (VLOOKUPs & pivot tables)
  • Helping to build and improve processes from scratch

  • A doer someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
  • Someone with strong supply chain experience who is also able to cover operations focused finance tasks such as supporting with VAT returns
  • Process-driven and organised, with an eye for detail and a knack for getting things done
  • Confident with data and tools like VLOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team
  • Able to pivot quickly and embrace change with a positive mindset
  • Part-time candidates will also be considered if they bring the right experience
