A well-established manufacturing business in Birstall is seeking an experienced Finance & Office Manager to lead finance operations and oversee office management. The role includes finance administration, HR, and procurement duties while providing support to the management team. Candidates should have a strong accounts background and excellent organizational skills. This position offers a salary between £30,000 to £35,000, with family-friendly hours and 28 days holiday, in a stable and growing environment.

The role is commutable distance from all areas of Leicestershire including Lutterworth, Hinckley, Coalville & Blaby.
With a strong history in the local area and an impressive recent period of growth, the business is now looking to strengthen its finance and back office function.
This newly defined role will take ownership of the day to day finance operations while also overseeing wider office management duties, allowing the Directors to focus on the strategic running of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on Finance & Office Manager to play a pivotal role within a stable, growing SME environment.
Reporting directly to the Directors, the Finance & Office Manager will have primary responsibility for the finance function, supported by wider office and operational oversight.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Finance & Office Manager, or an accounts focused Office Manager, with the confidence to operate in a hands-on SME environment.
