About the Role

As Finance & Compliance Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business - from bookkeeping and payroll to VAT submissions and reporting - while ensuring full compliance with industry, legal, and regulatory standards.

You'll be at the heart of a company that empowers people and organisations across Northern Ireland to work safely, confidently, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all core financial functions, including bank reconciliations, invoicing, payroll, and VAT returns
  • Oversee compliance with HMRC, Companies House, GDPR, and internal audit requirements
  • Provide accurate financial reports and insights to management
  • Support external audits and maintain impeccable financial records
  • Ensure internal processes align with best practice and evolving legislation
  • Play a hands-on role in maintaining the smooth running of daily operations
What We're Looking For
