This role requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret financial data, supporting key decisions impacting sales and margins. Drive financial strategy at the heart of our restaurant business. As a Finance Analyst, you’ll be the commercial engine behind our drinks portfolio—partnering with the Commercial Marketing Director for Restaurants to unlock growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
From pricing and cost of sales to product mix and margin optimisation, you’ll deliver sharp financial insights that challenge performance and shape decision‑making. Working closely with our Commercial Drinks and Procurement teams, you’ll provide financial insight, challenge performance, and ensure targets are met across pricing, cost of sales, and product mix. You’ll also help streamline processes and lead impactful projects across the wider F&B Commercial team.
