Overview

Are you ready to play a key role in driving the growth of our company? We are looking for a dynamic and analytical individual to join our Finance team as a Finance Analyst.

Location: White City, West London

Salary: from £35,000 per annum

Reports to: Head of Finance – UK & International

Your Role as Finance Analyst

You will support the Finance Department in delivering accurate, insightful and timely financial information to aid decision-making across the business. Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will use tools such as Power BI to analyse data, identify trends and provide actionable insights that enhance business performance. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop strong analytical, financial and technical skills within a collaborative finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly tracking of costs incurred and reconciliation against budget expectations
  • Reconciliation of intercompany cross charges against forecast
  • Commentary on material variances
  • A&P tracking to ensure country-level spend aligns with budget
  • Power BI dashboard reporting
  • Assist in cashflow forecasting by collating expected inflows and outflows
  • Track country-level sales data to identify margin inconsistencies
  • Support month-end reporting processes
  • Help create forecast presentations
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business Management, Economics or related field
  • Part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA desirable
  • Prior experience in FMCG or branded consumer business desirable
  • Experience in international / European organisations desirable
  • Strong technical finance ability and business partnering skills
  • Structured, critical thinker with a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communicator with cultural awareness
  • Fluent in English; additionally a knowledge of Chinese would be beneficial
