Overview

Fieldcare Supervisor – Town: Huntingdon. Salary: £29,250 per annum. Uk DL required. 37.5 hour contract.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of colleagues to help people gain more independence in their daily lives.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans and conduct care needs assessments.
  • Induct new colleagues, complete supervisions and appraisals, and carry out medication competencies and audits.
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings, prepare reports, and assist the Branch Manager with day-to-day service management.
  • Regularly visit services to spend time with the people we support and remain aligned with why you chose this role.
  • Participate in the on-call rota (subject to service needs).
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a care management role.
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
