Qualifications

• Experience in a Field Engineer or Technical Support role within an MSP.
• Knowledge of Windows and some Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for IT infrastructure.
• Conduct installations, upgrades, and configurations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents and service requests.
