Overview

Contract Personnel are excited to be working with a business based in Norfolk who are seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a world-class level of service across all field service activities in the UK and other supported markets worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports, including recruitment, appraisals, and all aspects of employee relations, while also making efficient and timely contributions.

Responsibilities
  • Deployment and optimisation of the maintenance programme
  • Organising training programs for Service Technicians
  • Develop visible and accurate stock reports for machine and component utilisation
  • Manage field returned equipment and liaise with Global Asset Coordinator
  • Collaboration with in-house and field trials of equipment
  • Depose for the Technical Services Manager as required
  • Leading and motivation of direct reports
  • To abide by all statutory requirements including those relating to health and safety
  • To ensure you read, understand and fulfil your responsibilities under the company s equal opportunities policy in place from time to time
  • To adhere to and promote all company policies and procedures in place from time to time including those relating to HR and health and safety
  • To undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Technical Services Manager
Person Specification
  • NVQ Level 3 in electrical, mechanical or other appropriate engineering discipline
  • Worldwide based company exposure

  • Producing and reading reports
