A leading interior landscaping firm in Henham is looking for a Field Operations Coordinator to optimise service routes and support technicians. You'll ensure timely operations, reduce customer complaints, and coordinate various projects. The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills and experience in service environments. This is a 6-month office-based contract with bonuses, learning opportunities, and 25 days of holiday.

You’ll be at the heart of keeping our operations running smoothly, ensuring technicians are in the right place at the right time and our customers receive timely, reliable service. In this role, you’ll coordinate daily schedules, support regional planning, and help mobilise new projects, all while working closely with the Customer Experience team maintain high standards.
From planning service routes to ensuring all materials and access requirements are ready, you’ll play a key role in reducing complaints and keeping our teams and clients happy. This is a collaborative role that touches multiple departments, so your organisational skills and proactive mindset will make a real difference.
