A water treatment solutions provider is seeking a Service Engineer to service and maintain water treatment equipment in Greater London. The ideal candidate will have experience with systems like Reverse Osmosis and possess excellent customer service skills. This permanent role offers a salary of £40k - £42k, alongside perks like an annual bonus, pension, and access to a van for private use. The position involves working Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly, with a call-out rota of 1 in 4.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar position.
• CSCS Card and EUSR Card would be beneficial.
• A valid UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, commission, and maintain water treatment equipment on site.
• Deliver customer satisfaction and achieve the right first-time objective.
• Complete reports on the Company job management system on completion of the site visit.
• Maintain van stock, tools, and equipment in serviceable condition.
