Job summary

A leading Fire and Security company is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover the Southern regions of the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining fire alarms and security systems. Responsibilities include planned maintenance and fault finding using service management software. The position offers a base salary of £30,000 - £34,000 with the potential to earn over £40,000 with overtime. A company vehicle and 26 days holiday are included.

Qualifications

Fire and Security Field Service Engineer South

A leading Fire and Security company is recruiting for a Field based Fire and Security Service Engineer to cover the Southern regions.

As Field Service Engineer you will carry out planned maintenance, servicing and fault finding on fire alarms, emergency lighting, intruder alarms and CCTV. Using service management software to complete worksheets and reports.

What they are looking for;

• You will have previous experience maintaining fire alarms, lighting, alarms or CCTV.
• You will have a Full UK driving licence.
• Good fault finding skills, attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• It would be great if you have FD&A (FIA) Fundamentals 1 & 2 however training can be provided.

The standard hours are 8:00 - 5:00. The base salary is circa £30,000 - £34,000 (DoE) and you will have opportunity for overtime and on call which you can earn in excess of £40,000. They offer 26 days holiday and company vehicle and fuel card provided.
