Job summary

A well-established Managed Print Services company is looking for a Field Services Engineer to cover South and East Yorkshire, Humberside, and Lincolnshire. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, installing devices, and responding to callouts. Ideal candidates should have experience in the MPS industry and be competent in installing MFPs on a network. The salary is up to £30,000, plus a car and bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant experience in a similar role within the Managed Print Services industry.
• Ideal candidate will have experience with Konica Minolta or Kyocera, but this is not essential.
• Must be competent in installing MFP's onto a network for printing and scanning.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing system and user issues.
• Installing/networking devices on the client's premises.
• Responding to callouts.
• Resolving technical faults and undertaking technical modifications.
• Completing repairs and working both in the office and field-based.

Skills

Relevant experience in MPS/MFD Industry

Experience with Konica Minolta or Kyocera

Competent in installing MFPs onto a network
