We are looking for a skilled and proactive Field Engineer to maintain, repair, and prepare our critical power equipment to the highest standard. This is a hands‑on workshop‑based role where you will be the technical expert ensuring our loadbanks, transformers, generators, battery energy storage units (BESS), UPS units, and distribution equipment are always project‑ready. Your work is the foundation for the success and reliability of our field operations.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Perform planned maintenance (PPM), diagnostics, repairs, and modifications on a range of critical power equipment, including:
    • Loadbanks (AC/DC, Resistive/Reactive)
    • Generators
    • Battery Energy Storage Units (BESS)
    • Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS)
    • Transformers
    • Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
    • Cables and Connectors
  • Adhere to all company and statutory Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations at all times.
  • Participate in risk assessments and follow safe systems of work, including the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Report any near misses, defects, or hazards immediately to the Operations Manager.
