Overview

Field Sales Team Leader – North Highlands. Full-time, 35 hours per week.

We are actively recruiting on behalf of our client who is working with a leading business based in the Highlands. They currently have a team of field sales executives who manage a geographical territory of customers through door to door sales. Due to the success of their client, they are now looking to recruit a Field Sales Team Leader to oversee and support this successful small team of Field Sales Executives across the North Highlands.

We are looking to consider candidates who have a track record gained in a customer service, retail or sales environment and looking for a new challenge that will allow them to earn higher potential and develop their skills in a leadership role.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident communicator and natural motivator, whether you’re already leading a team or ready to take the next step in your sales career. Previous experience in either a customer service/retail or sales environment would suit this organisation where you can show your drive, ambition and opportunity to help grow their teams in the highlands.

What’s on Offer

• £30,000 base salary with uncapped commission – average additional earnings of £20,800+
• Company car and fuel card (no mileage tracking required)
• Flexible shifts to suit the individual between 10am – 8pm, Monday to Saturday
• Up to 32 days holiday (including bank holidays)
• Company pension, full training, and ongoing support from your Area Manager

Requirements
