Overview

Field Sales Representative (AFH) – Weymouth. Location: Weymouth. Contract Type: Permanent. Salary: £29,033 per year with a range of compelling benefits. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category.

The customers you will interact with typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities.
  • Become an expert in the soft drinks category to support customers effectively.
  • Interact with customers including a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes.
  • Promote brands and solutions that align with customers’ business objectives.
What we are looking for / Qualifications
  • United Kingdom driving license or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60 minute commute from the role location.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills with a track record of driving positive outcomes and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with digital technologies (e.g., iPhone and iPad) to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement and using technology to enhance customer relationships.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
