Field Sales Representative - Eden Farm

Salary: £25,500 to £30,000 dependent on experience

Eden Farm are looking for a Field sales representative to join the business looking after the Liverpool area. As a Field Sales Representative you are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive business growth and meet their needs.

This role involves visiting customers on-site, processing orders, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and providing tailored solutions. The Field Sales Representative will also support the national accounts as required, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You are also responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and converting to meet the business plan.

Key responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding customer needs and offering personalised solutions.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to customer locations, providing support and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Process & maximise order at the point of visit, processing through CRM
  • Business Growth & Development: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets through research, networking, and partnerships.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform appropriate internal departments for service improvements.
  • Customer Support: Provide hands-on support to customers, offering online platform demonstrations and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Ensure customers are fully aware of the company's product offerings and are utilising them to their full potential.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues.
  • Collaboration with National Accounts Team: Collaborate with the national accounts team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Share customer insights and feedback with the broader sales team to support business development initiatives.
  • Support national campaigns, promotions, and initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and customer engagement.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales manager on customer developments, sales opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Monitor performance against individual KPIs and sales targets, taking action to address shortfalls.
