Overview

Field Sales Representative (Away From Home) – Location: Kensington – Contract Type: Permanent

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This full-time field sales role comes with a salary of £30,616 plus compelling benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships and create new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category.
  • Promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives for customers such as independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes.
What we’re looking for

No experience? No problem. We provide full training and the tools and support to get you up to speed. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Works well with others, stays active, and thrives in a hands-on role.
  • Has a UK driving license or equivalent and is eligible to work in the UK, living within a 60-minute commute of the role location.
  • Has influencing and negotiation skills, with experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
  • Has experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is proficient with digital technologies (e.g., iPhone and iPad) to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Can independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Can grow business through digital engagement and use technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Has excellent prioritisation skills and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
