Job Description: Field Sales Representative (Away From Home) — Location: Kensington — Contract Type: Permanent. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This full-time role comes with a salary of £30,616 and many compelling benefits.

Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers you interact with will vary by location, typically including a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.

  • We are looking for someone who works well with others, loves staying active, and thrives in a hands-on role.
  • Must have a UK driving license or equivalent, be eligible to work in the UK, and live within a 60-minute commute from the role location.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers, and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.
