Overview

Field Sales Representative (Away From Home) – Location: Kensington. Contract Type: Permanent. Salary: £30,616 per year with additional benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category.
  • Interact with a mix of customers that may include independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes, depending on location.
  • Promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
What we are looking for / Qualifications
  • No experience? No problem. We provide full training plus tools and support to get you up to speed.
  • UK driving licence or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60 minute commute from the role location.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills; ability to drive positive outcomes with customers and secure sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with digital technologies (e.g., iPhone and iPad) to support sales activities, communication and reporting.
  • Ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement and using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
